Tailored Arbitration Training Delivered to Leading Telecommunications Company in Türkiye

Nisanur Hekimoğlu, Partner at N&H Law Firm, recently co-led a specialized training session on international commercial arbitration for the in-house legal department of a leading telecommunications company based in Türkiye. The session was delivered in collaboration with Dr. Doğan Gültutan, solicitor-advocate and lecturer at City, University of London School of Law.

Dr. Gültutan provided comparative insights on English and Turkish contract law, particularly with respect to choice of law clauses and interpretation standards across jurisdictions, which remain critical in cross-border contractual arrangements.
