Ipek Nur Vandevoorde is a legal counsel based in Frankfurt, specializing in corporate law, commercial law, compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), capital market law, and finance. With over eight years of experience across diverse industries—including finance, construction, aviation, yachts, and tourism—she provides expert legal counsel on a wide range of corporate law matters. Ipek has significant expertise in contract drafting, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance in both the EU and Turkey.

She holds an LLM from Bahcesehir University, with a focus on capital market regulations and corporate law. Ipek is also an expert in share transfers in Joint Stock Companies and has authored a book on the subject. Currently, Ipek is pursuing a master’s degree in EU Banking & Financial Regulation at the Frankfurt School of Finance, concentrating on financial regulations and the rapidly evolving landscape of digital assets and financial technologies.

Ipek is multilingual, fluent in Turkish, English, and German. She uses her strong legal background to advise domestic and international clients. She ensures businesses meet complex regulatory requirements while upholding high standards of corporate integrity.
