Clients in claimant positions may sometimes find themselves facing financial constraints that hinder their ability to fund arbitration proceedings adequately. Legal costs and fees of proceedings may sometimes exceed the budget of clients. In such circumstances, seeking third-party funding becomes imperative to enable the effective pursuit of the cases.
While our office does not directly provide third-party funding, we actively engages in the process of seeking funding on behalf of our clients. Our team conducts due diligence for the case; analyses the risks, advantages, and disadvantages, and accordingly prepares a legal memorandum for funding organisations presenting an in-depth report on our findings. The decision to fund the case ultimately rests with the funding organisations, who carefully evaluate its merits. Should the case be deemed strong and worthy to support, the funding organisations may provide financial assistance.
It is important to note that our strive is exclusively limited to handling arbitration cases and human rights litigations related to violation of property rights and investment rights.
