CONSTRUCTION LAW - FIDIC CONTRACTS

We have culminated years of experience and expertise in Construction law and FIDIC Contracts (Red Book, Yellow Book, Silver Book).

We draft and review main construction contracts (general conditions, particular conditions), service agreements, joint ventures, concession contracts, and related sub-contracts. Our expertise includes EPC/turnkey contracts, plant and design-build contracts, and construction contracts for building and engineering works designed by employers.

More specifically, we deal with construction contracts concerning power plants, gas pipelines, national railways, highways, and specific types of facilities for defense projects, such as hangars. We mostly represent main contractors and sub-contractors where governments are the employers.

We are also familiar with construction contracts designed for tenders issued by NATO Support and Procurement Agency. 

Beyond contract drafting and review, we assist clients with contract management and administration once the contracts are awarded. This involves helping them issue necessary notices, notifications and claims to the other party, especially for issues like time extensions, escalations, unforeseeable events, additional payments, and other related matters. Additionally, we provide support in resolving disputes before the arbitration stage (engineer’s determination, dispute adjudication board, etc.) and help our clients build their legal cases.
