Aişe Gül Akkoyun is a committed legal associate with experience in corporate and commercial law, international arbitration, and public international law. She leverages her expertise in contract law, and compliance to assist clients in navigating complex legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. Based in London, Aişe Gül advises both companies and individuals on matters such as the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and cross-border commercial disputes.
Aişe Gül holds an LLM in Public Law from Koç University, where she pioneered the application of computational analysis techniques to legal research, specifically in the study of bilateral investment treaties. In recognition of her contributions to the field of international law, she was awarded the prestigious 2024 David D. Caron Fellowship.
Actively engaged in shaping the future of international law, Aişe Gül is a member of several esteemed organizations, including Young OGEMID, the European Society of International Law (ESIL), and the American Society of International Law (ASIL).
She is fluent in both Turkish and English, and is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. Her global outlook enables her to offer legal services to clients around the world.
