Gül Reyhan Yıldırım

Gül Reyhan Yıldırım serves as an of-counsel at N&H Law Firm. She specialises particularly in intellectual property law,  industrial property law and EU law, as well as environmental law, energy law, and gender inequality law.

Gül Reyhan completed numerous internships, including positions at the Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights Court, EPDK (Energy Market Regulatory Authority), and various law firms specialised in intellectual property law.

During these tenures, she advised clients in the process of registering and protecting their intellectual property rights through patents, trademarks, and copyrights; drafted and reviewed licensing agreements, assignments, and other contracts related to the transfer or licensing of intellectual property rights; participated in legal teams for representing clients in enforcing their intellectual property rights against infringement or misappropriation by third parties; assisted legal teams in representing clients for intellectual property litigation proceedings, including infringement lawsuits, opposition and cancellation proceedings before trademark offices, and administrative appeals and advised clients on legal and regulatory compliance issues related to intellectual property law.

Gül Reyhan is currently enrolled in the pursuit of her master’s degree in EU Law at Ankara University. Throughout this academic endeavour, she actively enriches her expertise, with a concentrated focus on European Union law, EU political and social policies, environmental law, energy law, human rights, and international relations. Previously, she has also actively participated as both a participant and team leader in European Union projects.
